All orders are processed and shipped within 0-3 business days if its (pre-made), this includes the time it takes to pick, pack, and label your package.

Can I Change My Order?

Can I Cancel My Order?

Generally, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed since it interrupts the flow of our orders, however there are a few situations where we may be able to process a cancellation.

Pre-orders simply mean you purchase a product early before we even have the product in hand. The time frame that it may take for pre-orders to ship can estimate from 1-3 months maximum to ship to our customers.
